Oh Peter, don’t let your lust, -er love, for her questionable good looks blind you from her poor ability to sing. Really, you knew she wasn’t going to last long.

She’s gorgeous but, um, I don’t know who she is. I’m assuming she was kicked off?

Why is American Idol the ONLY reality show I don’t watch?

Moving on: same taste in women confirmed for, like, the millionth time.

sweetescape: Sadly we only got to hear her sing two songs. And — WAIT. “Questionable good looks?”

clink: She got voted off last night. It was rough. The same taste in women thing cracks me up.

    damn! She’s… smart.

Yeah, I saw about five minutes of her singing. Try shutting your eyes and listening to it.
Though lord knows with the music industry today, she’ll be picked up for those looks alone. Voices can be changed easily.
And just for you, I’m sure she’ll be posing for Maxim or GQ or something soon enough.

Am I the only one who did not think she was gorgeous to the point of distraction?

peter, she got voted off because she picked the wrong song! she got a nice voice, but she was off key a few times because she couldn’t hold the tunes long enough. if she’d picked a up bit song, she would still be there.

but there are still some cuties there.

    Awww sadness.

Hope you aren’t boycotting Idol now…or America for that matter.

I really think it should have been the scary rocker nurse. She sounds exactly the same every time she sings.

New reader here, great blog! Alas, in the words of the great pop culture blogger Michael K, Amy made me wish I were deaf. Sorry!

Nails on a chalkboard. She was trying to channel Patsy Cline and did a horrible job of it!

Amanda, the rocker, should have been voted off. I can only listen to the Janis Joplin grovelly voice so much before wanting to shoot myself in the head.
